Although Dr. Wood is also dedicated to treating adults, he completed an extensive two-year post-residency fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus University of Illinois at Chicago-Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is a published author in peer reviewed journals and lectures in the community regarding both general and pediatric ophthalmology.

As a fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist, Dr. Wood is dedicated to providing compassionate clinical and surgical care to all children with simple or complex ocular problems.
